SERVICES AND POLICIES
Venue Hours: Shepherds Rest Dog Retreat is open from 9am to 8pm bookings.
Booking Information: Please use our booking form to book a secure dog field in 1-hour sessions.

Safety Guidelines: Dogs are not required to use leads or training equipment once inside the secure dog walking field. Please make sure all dogs are wearing a adequate lead while in the carpark and on the grounds surrounding the secure dog walking field.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that some customers may need to cancel or reschedule a booking. To do so please contact our team and we will guide you through the process. All refunds will be returned to the payment method used when making the original booking.
